According to the arrangement of the school, the relevant requirements of holiday are notified as follows : 一、 寒假 放假时间及相关安排 Winter V acation T ime and R elated A rrangements 1. 寒假时间为 2024 年 1 月 6 日（星期一）至 2024 年 2 月 2 3 日（星期日），共 7 周。 The winter vacation period is from January 6 th , 2024 (Monday) to February 2 3 rd , 2024 (Sunday), for a total of 7 weeks. 2. 学生 2 月 2 1 日（星期五） - 2 月 2 3 日（星期日） 新学期 到校注册； 2 月 2 4 日（星期一）正式上课。 Students need to register for 2025 spring semester from February 2 1 st (Friday) to February 2 3 rd (Sunday). The class will officially start on February 2 4 th (Monday). 3. 学生 如有不及格科目，应提前一周返校参加补考。 If students fail some exam s , they should return to school 1 week in advance for make-up examination . 二 、 学生放假有关要求 Requirements about Winter Vacation 1． 关于校车运行的相关安排。 Relevant arrangements for school buses. 一二校区班车 从 1 月 6 日至 2 月 21 日停运， 2 月 22 日恢复正常运行。校园巴士 从 1 月 28 日至 1 月 30 日停运；寒假期间，根据留校人数灵活调整发车数量。 School buses between the first campus and the second campus will be suspended from January 6 to February 21, and will resume normal operation on February 22. Campus buses in the first campus will be suspended from January 28 to January 30 . During the winter vacation, the number of buses will be flexibly adjusted according to the number of students staying on campus. 2． 注意个人卫生，勤洗手，房间勤通风。 Pay attention to personal health, wash hands frequently, and ventilate the room frequently. 3． 严禁在宿舍房间使用超负荷的违规电器，不可在宿舍楼内吸烟。离开住所或宿舍时，注意关好门窗，保存好贵重物品，关闭 “ 水、电、气 ” ，注意防火 。 It is prohibited to use overloaded electrical appliances in the dormitory room, and smoking is not allowed in the dormitory building. When leaving the residence or dormitory, please close your doors and windows, keep your valuables, close “water, electricity, gas” ， and pay attention to fire prevention. 4． 如有外出或离哈计划， 学生应 于 1 月 5 日 17:00 前 ，通过学工系统 （ xgb.hit.edu.cn ） 或 哈工大 APP “ 假期离校备案 ” 模块完成离校备案。 If there is a plan to go out or leave Harbin , students should complete the registration of leaving the school before 17:00 on January 5 through the Holiday Departure Record module of the Student Affairs System (xgb.hit.edu.cn) or the HIT APP. 如 学生 更换在哈尔滨的住所，请及时办理住宿登记并在辅导员处更新信息， 请不要 瞒报 、 漏报 。 If you change your residence in Harbin, please register your accommodation in a timely manner and update the information to your coordinator . Please do not conceal or omit any information. 5． 外出期间，随时保持手机联络畅通，遇到紧急情况时及时与辅导员联系。关于医疗保险问题，请咨询保险公司相关员工，联系电话： 4008105119 （ 可提供汉语和英语服务 ） 。 During going out, keep your mobile phone contact unblocked at any time and contact your coordinator in case of emergency. For medical insurance, please consult the insurance company at 4008105119 (Chinese and English services are available). 6． 严守中国法律，不得非法打工；不涉毒，不吸毒；不进行非法传教及非法宗教聚会等活动；禁止酗酒滋事，禁止打架斗殴。 Please strictly abide by Chinese laws and do not work illegally. Drug abuse and drug involvement are prohibited. Students are prohibited from carrying out illegal missionaries, illegal religious gatherings and other activities. It is forbidden to drink too much to cause trouble and to fight. 7． 注意交通安全，不乘坐非法运营车辆，乘车途中注意保管好自身财物；自觉遵守交通规则，坚决杜绝无照驾驶、酒后驾驶等违法行为；驾驶电动自行车时必须佩戴头盔，严格按照《交通法》规定的限速行驶。 Please pay attention to traffic safety, do not take illegal vehicles, and take care of your belongings all the time; Please consciously abide by traffic rule and resolutely reject unlicensed driving, drunk driving and other illegal acts; When riding an electric bicycle, students must wear a helmet and drive in strict accordance with the speed limit specified in the Traffic Law. 8． 防止诈骗，不轻易相信陌生人，不给陌生人转账汇款。 Beware of fraud, do not trust strangers easily, and do not transfer money to strangers. 9． 现在已经离校回国或者去其他城市 的学生与学校、老师勤联系、多沟通，密切关注学校最新政策。 如 已购买 新学期来中国的 机票，请提前与辅导员老师联系。 S tudents who have already left school and returned to their home country or gone to other cities should keep in touch and communicate more with the school and teachers, and closely monitor the latest policies of the school. If you have purchased a flight ticket to China for the new semester, please contact your coordinator in advance. 10． 新学期注册具体要求和通知会在开学前一个月发送给学生。 请大家关注自己的考试成绩，及时购买机票，返校不得晚于注册时间。 The specific requirements and notifications for registration will be sent to students one month before the beginning of the semester.
