The SNSF is launching the second call for FLARE grants of the 2025–2028 funding period. Share LinkedIn Bluesky Email WhatsApp Mastodon X Facebook On behalf of SERI, the SNSF organises the FLARE (Funding LArge international REsearch projects) programme. It aims to facilitate the development and operation of research infrastructure for major international projects in particle physics, ground-based astrophysics and astroparticle physics. Two calls were planned for the 2025–2028 funding period. For this second call that is now open, proposals must be submitted by 16 November 2026. Funding will start from 1 April 2027 for a duration of one to two years.
